10 Most SCATHING Times Wrestlers Buried WWE
2. Jon Moxley Breaks The Internet
Jon Moxley set the world on fire when he recorded a podcast with Chris Jericho in 2019.
A private man with no social media presence who was pushed well by modern WWE standards if you ignore the last however many months of his run, his total annihilation of the WWE experience was shocking. And also really, really funny.
He regaled fascinated listeners with tales of frantically running around backstage, fretting that the latest script that would make him look like a clown had made it to Vince McMahon before he had the opportunity to spare his embarrassment. He portrayed WWE as a chaotic hellscape in which the pupils would have failed if they actually did their homework. What a backwards place it is.
Haunted by the prospect of uttering the words "pooper scooper" on television, while carrying the prop that Vince almost certainly would have had made, Mox scrambled to make sure it wasn't in the latest script. In running around with such panic, he exerted more effort than he was asked to make in the ring, since TV matches aren't a priority.
Jon Moxley's burial of WWE was the most infamous and the most entertaining.
Astonishingly, he somehow wasn't the most miserable person in the locker room...
