As a current WWE Tag-Team Champion, it may seem a little strange to claim that Xavier Woods is under-rated. That said, it comes across loud and clear that 2015 has been a slow process for the man. Alongside Kofi Kingston and Big E, Woods - as part of The New Day - has been able to prove to management just how good he is. Initially, it seemed like the company were only interested in pairing Kingston and Big E as a team. On the outskirts, Woods filled the tag-along role, but his performances from ringside were so entertaining that WWE couldn't fail to take notice. When called upon, he has also been wildly entertaining on commentary, his verbal skills seem like something his employers didn't really know he had in such abundance. Unfortunately, Woods hasn't really been handed too many opportunities to show what he can do as a wrestler. That's a shame, because when he has been featured, his matches have been extremely well done. Traditionally, someone like Xavier would be ideal for the Cruiserweight division, but that doesn't exist in WWE any longer. Therefore, he deserves the chance to prove himself in the Intercontinental or United States divisions.
