The third instalment in the WWE/Lionsgate 'Action Six Pack' deal (the other two were Vendetta and 12 Rounds 3: Lockdown, starring Big Show and Dean Ambrose, respectively), Interrogation will see Lana make her WWE feature film debut. She's got experience working in film, however, having appeared in both of the Pitch Perfect films as well as some other stuff over the years. She will be co-starring with WWE Hall of Famer Adam 'Edge' Copeland who, after being forced to retire from in-ring competition in 2011, won a recurring role on SyFy series Haven and also starred in WWE Studios film Bending the Rules (he's probably more proud of the former). The former Rated-R Superstar will be doing interrogating as Lucas Reed while Lana's character is unknown, although she said in a video that she will simply 'save the day'. Spoilers, Lana! Please. Had this film come out last year before the whole Lana/Rusev real-life engagement business and while she was still WWE's favourite diva, it no doubt would have been pushed hard on television. Of course, since Lana had the temerity to ruin Vince's big (?) angle with her social media activity, she's since been de-pushed and attention has instead been placed on other female performers. Will this one be a smash hit and chart in the top 10 at the US box-office? Probably not, with WWE/Lionsgate more likely to do a very limited theatrical release followed by a VOD/DVD one. Which must be a crushing blow to some of you, since I know you couldn't wait to see the Ravishing Russian projected twenty five feet tall. Filthy beggars, the lot you.
