10 New Directions After AEW All Out 2022

7. Hangman Page Going Heel?

Alex Reynolds wanted to punch Hangman Page post-match.

You could see it in The Dark Order man's eyes. Page's obsession with Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks and The Elite premise generally meant he took his eyes off the ball and levelled poor John Silver with a Buckshot Lariat. That one mistake cost his team the chance to become Trios Champs.

All Elite can go two ways here. They can either have the Reynolds/Silver combo avenge this by putting the boots to Page, or they can have Hangman double down on some 'I don't give a flying f*ck' attitude. "Get over it", he'd scoff as Alex and John again looked on with anger.

A heel run is arguably overdue for Page anyway. Some will disagree with that, but he's been getting less and less effective as a babyface since winning the AEW World Title and then dropping that belt. It might be time for change.
