1. Brock Lesnar Vs. Shane McMahon

Okay, so this one may sound a little crazy, but if someone had suggested Shane McMahon vs. the Undertaker this time last year you might have said the same thing, and look what happened at WrestleMania 32.

If Brock’s attack on Shane wasn’t a means by which they could have him suspended, then one of just a few other logical explanations could be that they’ve got one eye on a match-up somewhere down the line.

As we’ve already discussed, there isn’t really anywhere else he can go. Besides, Brock’s moved on from the title-chasing escapades of most on the roster and now more than ever before finds himself in the “special attraction” territory. And a hypothetical meeting with Shane McMahon would very much fall into that kind of category.

I’m not too sure what the long-term significance of this might be, given that the pair belong to different brands. As we saw in the aftermath of WrestleMania 32, though, long-term planning isn’t always factored into the equation...

Still, as bizarre an idea as it may sound, part of me is keen to see what kind of stunt Shane would pull off in an attempt to overcome Lesnar. The other part of me is just worried that he’d probably kill himself doing it…
