Members of Drew's family threw up a big ol' middle finger at WWE for hauling the rug out from underneath McIntyre at 'Mania. He beat Seth Rollins to bag the World Heavyweight Championship, but then Damian Priest cashed in Money In The Bank to break Scottish hearts. Time to put those tartan dreams back together then.

Glasgow awaits.

WWE announcing Clash At The Castle for Scotland this June all-but-guarantees that Drew will taste more success on home soil. One can see Priest keeping the belt warm temporarily, but then falling to McIntyre as confetti falls inside The Hydro this summer. What a moment to savour that'll be for Drew and fans.

Priest was always going to be a short-term fix in the World Title scene, being honest. WWE has done a poor job of keeping him in the hunt as Mr. MITB, so they might want to think about shelving the briefcase gimmick for a while in 2024. That thing is a creative burden these days.

Onto Scotland, and more McIntyre magic.
