5. Jade Cargill

Sticking Jade Cargill in a tag-team with a ready-made star like Bianca Belair will pay dividends in years to come.

Jade's actual matches were never the lure over in AEW, and she's visibly still a rookie inside the ring on WWE's side. Aligning with Belair lets the 'EST' do most of the heavy lifting whilst Cargill picks and chooses her spots to show off a power game. It's a nice blend, and it shows Triple H understands worker limitations better than Tony Khan.

The better matches will come. That's a given if Jade continues to work her butt off and shows willingness to listen/learn from more experienced women in the division. Then, once everything clicks...success! Cargill looks like a bloody superhero as it is, so just imagine how high she can go if she's able to match what others like Bianca, Bayley, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair have done between the ropes.

Imagine Jade vs. Tiffany Stratton on a poster for WrestleMania?! It's WWE's version of a Marvel flick waiting to happen. Again, Hunter went the right route by taking some pressure off Cargill early and giving her the established rub from Belair.

Just you wait.
