In the build up to and during his match with Roman Reigns at Fast Lane, Daniel Bryan displayed many of the nasty and aggressive traits which made him so popular on the independent circuit as Bryan Danielson, the American Dragon. Seeing him retain some of these qualities moving forwards would be a good way of keeping Bryan's character fresh, and would lead to a very different and interesting new dynamic to his matches. It's a minor change in the long run, and Bryan will continue to be a must-watch performer regardless, but this is something that would help to keep him that way. The "Yes Movement" doesn't seem to be quite as strong as it was a year ago - though that's possibly only because he's been squaring off with Reigns who does have his fair share of support - and Bryan must do all he can if he wants to regain his well-deserved position at the top.
