10 Noisiest Wrestling Managers Ever
7. Paul Bearer
Wait, you mean you don't know about the power of the urn? It's not like it's a closely guarded secret Paul Bearer's trademark ghastly moan was an ever-present element over the years, but perhaps the best period to look at was his and Undertaker's very beginnings together. The character was still taking off, and Taker himself wasn't much of a talker at that point, so Bearer's voice quickly became a familiar sound. At ringside, he always did his best to simulate a haunted house while his trained bogeyman wrestled entire matches with his eyes rolled back into his head. A 'Taker bout was already a spooky affair in its own right, but Bearer really put it over with his off-camera oh-yessing bordering on necromantic ecstasy. Not to say that he wouldn't continue making himself heard through countless years, but roughly up until the pair's first face turn, Paul Bearer's graveyard sounds were especially vital to the Taker character's full success. Therefore, this was the time when he laid it on thickest.
