10 Non-Wrestling Roles For The Undertaker At WrestleMania 31
8. Serving As A Special Guest Referee
It's a role that's been done to death over the years, but one that never seems to get old. That's especially true when it comes to WrestleMania. From Shawn Michaels to "Stone Cold" Steve Austin to even Mike Tyson, many legends of the wrestling world have donned the black and white strips on the grand stage. In his 21 non-consecutive appearances at WrestleMania, Undertaker has done nothing but wrestled. What if he was still a part of the action, but not necessarily one of the competitors? It'd be a major draw for anyone still looking to see 'Taker at the event. His involvement in any match as a special guest referee would have to be meaningful, though. It can't be done simply for the sake of getting him on the show. It'd make sense for him to referee Brock Lesnar's match since he was the one who snapped his streak at WrestleMania 30. If they still wanted to do the dynamic between Undertaker and Sting, why not have The Deadman referee the rumored match between Sting and Triple H? Undertaker has history with Triple H, so it'd add even more interest to the match. Would 'Taker call it down the middle or play favorites? It all depends on whose match he's calling.
