4. Emma
This bubbly Lance Storm trainee played the role of awkward goof with a charming smile, dancing worse than Elaine Benes at a wedding, but contrasting her silliness with rapidly-improving ring work. Before the days of Charlotte and Sasha, it was Emma and Paige that carried NXT's Women's division with their ambitious performances.
Emma debuted on WWE's main roster around the time of the Network launch, and her unapologetic lack of dancing ability became virtually her entire gimmick. It didn't translate well to the main roster, and her partnership with Santino Marella wasn't particularly amusing.
Emma later experienced a rebirth in NXT as a humorless 'mean girl', feuding with the likes of Bayley and Asuka. Hopefully her makeover translates better on her current main roster go-round.
