10 NXT Stars Who Desperately Need Main WWE Roster Call-Up

7. Tyler Bate

Tyler Bate was the face of NXT UK for it's four-year history and is still only the ripe age of 25. He is technically one of the better wrestlers on the NXT books and would be a talent wasted if he stayed in developmental for too much longer.

As a singles star, Tyler has stood across the squared circle from the likes of Gunther and Bron Breakker and created magic. As a tag team, Bate and Trent Seven were one of the most fluid and dynamic duos in all of WWE, and should have featured more aside from 'just' in NXT UK.

You could put Bate against anyone on the main roster and he will produce a classic out of them, and that is the talent of the young Brit. Now is the time to call the Big Strong Boi up so he can enjoy his prime years in the spotlight.

Putting him on SmackDown could result in Bate and Gunther running it back for the Intercontinental Championship, while drafting him to Raw would leave the possibility of him facing up to US Champion Bobby Lashley.

Whether it's the red of Mondays or the blue of Fridays, Tyler Bate is a performer that just has to be on the main roster by the end of the year.
