6. Roderick Strong

Yes, Roddy Strong is still part of the NXT roster.

Having not been seen since Damon Kemp's attack at Worlds Collide, Strong is an immense talent you can easily forget about. His career speaks for itself and he is one of the most recognisable names on the developmental brand.

It's been treacherous waters for Strong ever since The Undisputed Era broke up in 2021, and while Diamond Mine has been a good step for Roddy, he hasn't reached the same levels he had with the UE.

Back in May, there were reports that Strong had requested his release from WWE, but five months later and the former North American Champion is still on the company's books.

The Messiah of the Backbreaker's time in Diamond Mine has run its course and the technical whizz is in need of a promotion to the big time. Roddy is one of the most experienced guys in WWE, period, and having that experience wasting away on the NXT sidelines is such a missed opportunity when you could use it to develop younger guys like Austin Theory and Madcap Moss.

Words can't describe how much Roderick Strong needs the main roster and the main roster needs Roderick Strong.
