10 On-Air WWE Moments You Weren't Supposed To See

WWE didn't want you to spot these moments/embarrassing mistakes. Oops!

You're not supposed to see absolutely everything WWE puts on television.

That's a strange statement on the surface. If the company puts it on the air, then surely it's intentional and meant for mass consumption?! Nope, not quite. Live TV bites, and the folks in charge of manning production/cameras and the wrestlers themselves are prone to just as much human error as anyone else. "We're live, pal!".

Some of the entries here are super-recent, and two of them even happened over the same weekend during WWE's latest international jaunt. There's something poetic about that, but Triple H might've had some angry words for a few staff members behind the scenes once social media began trolling Clash At The Castle 2024.

Others included are fascinating from a historical context. The earliest example goes all the way back to 1989 when the acronym WWF was a standard bearer for top quality and industry-changing production techniques. Big stars such as Roman Reigns, Kane, Stephanie McMahon, Jeff Hardy, Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes are here too.

No-one is safe from the art of the botch. Whether it was their fault or they were indirectly involved and helpless to stop it is another matter!

10. Kane Waits For His Cue

Apologies for the quite horrendous quality of the image above, but it's difficult to find a hi-res snap of Kane looking totally puzzled as he waits for a WWE production staffer to cue him up. Unsurprisingly, the company edited this moment out of their re-run on the Network/Peacock service.

Picture this: John Cena's promo is interrupted by a screeching Eve Torres as she's supposedly forced into an ambulance before the doors are slammed shut. This happened on the 13 February 2012 episode of Raw, but things didn't go smoothly. Live viewers were treated to the odd visual of Eve walking into the vehicle calmly, then Kane staring back towards the cameras for a green light.

It's just as well Torres wasn't screaming as she carefully walked into the back of that ambulance without being pushed. That would've been unintentionally hilarious to witness though, to be fair. No wonder WWE made the call to cut this clanger out!

What a gent Kane was, eh? Holding the doors open for Eve was politeness personified.
