While Anderson and Gallows can easily be employed as a roughhouse tag team when the situation calls for it, what about another full-time duo to help fill out numbers? Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder have proven to be an enjoyable tandem down in NXT, but in the grand scheme, they could fall in with The Vaudevillains as a team that Vince McMahon quickly loses faith in (so goes the rumor). What better way to get the most out of Dawson and Wilder than have them act as underneath enforcers?
Chances are that for all of their impressive tag team continuity, The Revival might be viewed as too 'vanilla' for what McMahon and his associates want out of their main roster performers. A second-tier role in a top group would be fine.
