10 Possible Surprise Entrants Into The 2015 Royal Rumble
6. Rob Van Dam
You'll see this reason be repeated later on in this article, but the Royal Rumble takes place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania this year. The home and birthplace of ECW. There are not too many of main stars of ECW that the WWE would bring back today, 14 years after the Invasion, but Rob Van Dam is definitely someone that can still go. Unlike guys like Sandman, Van Dam is still in phenomenal shape for being 44. Van Damn is still on good terms with the WWE, and is now just appearing in spurts. The last time he was in the ring was in August against Seth Rollins, and so the Rumble would be a perfect time for him to make his return to the ring. The crowd will definitely enjoy the hot moment Van Dam will have entering the match and performing his familiar moves. While he won't be a favorite to do much at all in the Rumble, he is a surprise entrant we'll love to see.
