3. If WWE Cares What Fans Think, Why Didn't Daniel Bryan Win The Royal Rumble?
It's pretty simple. The guy that gets the loudest ovations on a consistent basis and is the most talented in the ring should get a chance to main event nearly every show he's on. That's Daniel Bryan right now. Listen to the fans. They love the guy. His work in the ring is as good as anybody in WWE right now. Austin can relate to a guy like Bryan because Austin wasn't that handpicked "let's push him straight to the top" guy that WWE wanted to be the man. He got there because the people watching WWE in 1997 cheered wildly for him. To their credit, WWE listened to him and a phenomenon was born at that point. The office point of view on Bryan might be that it's better for the story if he has to fight to get to the top, but when they know that fans are rejecting things then that should tell them (the office) that things need to change. Hunter is probably fond of Bryan as a performer and may not be as caught up on the size issue like Vince McMahon apparently is, but if he has influence like we think then maybe it's time for him to use it. What does Hunter think about Bryan and why does it seem like WWE is ignoring their fans? It would be nice to hear it from Triple H.
