10 Questions Vince McMahon Doesn't Want You To Ask About WWE

8. Is He A Fit And Proper Person To Be Running WWE?

Drugs scandals, death scandals, sex scandals, numerous former employees launching scathing attacks towards him... Vince McMahon is about as tainted as it gets. Would any other corporate entertainment company have such a controversial figure as its head? Most likely not. You'd be hard pressed to find a figurehead as controversial and outlandish as Vince. Seriously, think about big brands like Disney or famous sports franchises. A "fit and proper" CEO and Chairman is a standard that is demanded. Yet in WWE, the CEO and Chairman is someone who has had worryingly regular controversies attached to his name in over thirty years of managing WWE. On one occasion (during the steroid trial) he was actually replaced by Linda McMahon as WWF President. But unsurprisingly, he was soon back behind his desk, and a decade later, in the continued dark culture of his locker room, a new drug scandal exploded. The buck stops with him on such issues. After the death and drug scandals of 2005 - 2010, someone at corporate level really should really have asked him if he was not the one culpable for the terrible state of some of his employees lives.
