10 Quick Fixes For WWE In 2018

6. A Royal Rumble Epic

Before diving into this one, it's important to point out that we love the Royal Rumble. The concept is timeless, and yet the match has seemed to lose a little lustre over the past few years. Going into the 2018 version, there's more excitement to see what WWE will do with the first ever female Rumble than the standard 30-man brawl.

WWE's women have the edge here, because they're offering up something truly fresh. This means creative will have to pull through and provide something that people want to see in the 'other' match. The Rumble should build anticipation for WrestleMania too, not give us another winner who will work in the mid card on that show (Randy Orton, for example).

One way around this is to surprise everyone with a shock triumph, or at least write somebody unlikely to come close. Picture the drama if Kurt Angle was punished with a #1 entry slot and almost made it all the way to the end. Go on, WWE, give us something epic so we can gush with praise about the Rumble again.
