10. Have Him Work To The Crowd On Upcoming Monday Nights
It was a surprise to everyone that the crowd was so enthusiastically behind Triple H, and so vehemently against Roman Reigns on Monday Night RAW last night. The WWEs babyface hero was taken apart by a supposed heel to overwhelming cheers from a supposedly complacent crowd. Detroit isnt exactly known as a partisan town - not like Chicago, or Philadelphia. Live audiences tend to take at least part of their cue from what theyve seen on television, and the next five weeks sees RAW broadcast from Nashville, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and Brooklyn. Thats right: at least two hardcore wrestling cities that arent exactly full of Roman Reigns supporters have just been given permission to eviscerate him in whats left of the lead-in to WrestleMania 32. Whats it going to be like when he gets in front of a crowd that starts hot, and already doesnt like him? The last thing the WWE needs is more negative publicity over their chosen one in the weeks leading up to the big show. The company should tailor those upcoming appearances on Monday Night RAW to the specific crowd in question specifically to avoid too negative a reaction. Have Reigns avoid long promos and wrestle in the middle of the card, perhaps giving him good, hard fought victories in short-ish matches over quality opponents. Dont give any of these crowds the room to breathe, and have them distracted and happy when Reigns makes an appearance. If they dont watch themselves over the next five weeks, the main event of WrestleMania 32 wont be a coronation. Itll be an assassination.
