10 Real Life Wrestling Feuds Where Justice Was Delivered In The Ring

6. Shane Douglas vs. Ric Flair

In the late-80's, Shane Douglas was struggling to establish himself as a top star in WCW, something several other stars - including Mick Foley and Steve Austin - know a little about. Eventually making a splash in ECW, Douglas would repeatedly lash out at Ric Flair, a man on the booking committee during his miserable WCW run. 'The Franchise' really had it in for Flair, lambasting him any chance he had, calling him everything from over-rated to a complete jack-ass of a human being. According to Flair himself, he wasn't even really calling the shots in WCW, as he was far too busy wrestling, and had no idea why Douglas hated his guts. Fast forward many years, and both Flair and Douglas were back together in WCW, ready to battle at Slamboree 2000. For Shane Douglas, this was a dream come true, being scheduled to beat the man he had talked trash about for years. Again according to Flair, Douglas was cordial during their time piecing together the match, but Douglas must have felt somewhat vindicated by beating his rival.
