10 Real Life Wrestling Feuds Where Justice Was Delivered In The Ring
5. Roddy Piper vs. Mr. T
Working alongside one another in the main event of the inaugural WrestleMania, Roddy Piper and Mr. T were two people who just didn't really get along. On Piper's side, he felt that the actor was arrogant, and treated his industry with disrespect, warning Vince McMahon not to book an on-screen feud between the pair, because it wouldn't end well. Seeing dollar signs, and knowing Piper worked best when motivated, McMahon did exactly that, and Piper would clash with Mr. T at WrestleMania 2 in a heavily-hyped boxing match. Again telling his boss that he couldn't be trusted not to deviate from the script, Piper agreed to play fair so long as Mr. T didn't take any liberties with him inside the ring. For whatever reason, Roddy Piper decided to ham it up during the bout, something T didn't really take too kindly to, hammering a few stiff shots Piper's way. Retaliating, a scripted scene turned ugly, as Piper smashed his foe with a corner stool, genuinely thumping him with the object. Even to this day, there's a fair bit of animosity between both men, who just plain don't like one another.
