8. Can Work As Babyfaces Or Heels

Some Superstars can only work face or heel. It's not their fault. Their character is meant to play only one and not the other. For example, Alberto Del Rio, a natural heel, never worked well as babyface. Stone Cold Steve Austin, despite having a desire to work as a villain, was never cut out to play anything other than a babyface or at the very least an anti-hero. Other Superstars, however, have the ability to work either side of the coin. Triple H and Shawn Michaels come to mind. Although Triple H was the heel and Michaels was the face throughout their entire feud, they could have switched the roles and the rivalry would have still been great. Although they've been on the WWE main roster for a brief two years, both Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins have shown in that time that they can flourish as faces and heels. Everyone expected Ambrose to be the one to turn on The Shield, especially since he's much more comfortable in that role and Rollins comes off as a natural babyface. Surprisingly enough, Ambrose has gotten over huge as a babyface while Rollins has settled into his heelish role quite nicely since June. A double turn down the road would make their long running rivalry even more interesting than it already is.
