10 Reasons Why NXT TakeOver: The End Was Sadly Underwhelming

5. Full Sail Studios Crowd Limitations

NXT should never hold a TakeOver special at Full Sail University again. Talk about a buzz-killing environment for a huge event.

There's no doubt that TakeOver: The End suffered from being held at such a small venue. In comparison to the rowdy crowds in Brooklyn, London and Dallas for TakeOvers gone by, Full Sail simply cannot provide the noise that a larger venue can.

This card deserved a large crowd, arguably more than any other TakeOver in history. While we knew that each contest was exciting, Full Sail could not accommodate for the number of people required to create the fun, exciting reception they deserved. The main event between Samoa Joe and Finn Balor especially stood out for all the wrong reasons; the crowd was dead and struggled to get themselves up for even the most epic of confrontations.

Full Sail Studios is a great location for NXT tapings, but cards like TakeOver: The End deserve more than the venue can offer.

Overly-opinionated Australian WWE smark who is definitely not #booty. Slowly angering the IWC one article at a time. We will probably strongly dislike each other - let's be friends! @MattKMarsden
