Joe Anoais full name is Leati Joseph Anoai. He is the son of Sika Anoai, better known as one half of The Wild Samoans tag team (with Joes uncle Afa). The Wild Samoans were a great tag team in their day, and were as legit as they come, if even a few of the stories about them are to be believed... Romans brother Matt wrestled as Rosey of the 3-Minute warning and teamed with The Hurricane way back when. Not only that, but Reigns is also a cousin of The Rock, as well as a nephew of his father, Rocky Johnson (albeit not by blood). He is also the cousin of two-time WWE Champion Yokozuna, AKA Rodney Anoai, as well as a cousin to former Intercontinental Champion Rikishi and therefore an uncle to regular WWE Tag Team Champions The Uso Brothers. By blood, Roman Reigns is also directly related to The Tonga Kid, Umaga, The Samoan Gangsters and another all time great tag team, The Headshrinkers. Put simply, you may boo him, but Roman Reigns is wrestling royalty. Hes not some flash in the pan, Rocky Maivia-lite gimmick character. He has genuine pedigree.
