10 Reasons Why Roman Reigns Must Turn Heel At WWE Survivor Series

5. Fans Want To Boo Him

WWE honestly deserves some credit for what they've managed to do with Roman Reigns this year. After returning from injury in late 2014, he started to lose the goodwill he had built up with fans, and after he won the Royal Rumble, the antipathy of the WWE Universe grew. By WrestleMania, he was so hated that the company couldn't risk letting him walk out of San Jose as WWE Champion. Since then, WWE has slowly built Reigns back up. There have been some missteps, but over the past couple of weeks, he's felt like the top babyface in the company. The issue comes when WrestleMania season starts to draw near. Once again, fans will be vocal about their preferences, and once again, a babyface Reigns will find himself booed harshly. If WWE turns Reigns heel, they don't have to worry about the crowd booing him. Whether they find him an effective heel or a manufactured product of upper management, their jeers will serve the shows. And while some may worry about fans cheering a heel Reigns at 'Mania, that won't happen with the right opponent.
