1. Greater Possibility Of Sting vs. The Undertaker
Despite the fear that he will never step foot inside a pro wrestling ring again for the purpose of a match, there are still fans who desperately want to see Sting collide with The Undertaker. In an earlier entry, the idea of Bill Goldberg interfering at WrestleMania 32 was broached. In a perfect world, Sting would be right there with him, satisfying some of the fan desire to see him face 'Taker. Any interaction between both men is golden at this point in their respective careers. Both are closer to the end of their tenures than the beginning, so time is running out on the possibility of that huge showdown wrestling fans have yearned for since the 1990's. If Sting did interfere in the Hell In A Cell bout between 'Taker and Shane McMahon at WrestleMania, fans would get some satisfaction. It also keeps things open for a potential match further down the line, provided both can stay healthy. Even having Shane set up a big confrontation between both on Monday Night Raw, during which The Undertaker questioned Sting on his involvement, would surely pop a big rating. That should be the main idea of a 'Brand Extension', to try and reinvigorate the WWE product.
