10 Reasons WWE Shouldn't Bring Back Alberto Del Rio
4. Mainstream Nightmare
Each of the aforementioned incidents Alberto Del Rio was involved in from 2016 to 2017 hurt his value to wrestling companies. Regardless of what he brought during his matches or his promos, he was in the news almost every single week for some crazy incident he was involved in.
IMPACT keeping him around last year was almost, almost (let's remember who we're dealing with here) a shock if only because he continued to embarrass himself even while serving as their world champion. He simply couldn't let his pent-up frustration and anger toward WWE go, trash-talking the company at every turn and making IMPACT look bush-league in comparison.
Just because he recently "apologized" to Triple H doesn't mean he wouldn't be a headache to deal with if he were to return to WWE. Given how all WWE does nowadays is cater to the media, the last thing they want/need is bad publicity, and Del Rio tends to bring that with him wherever he goes.
He's not worth the hassle.
