2. It Set Up A Third Lesnar/Taker Match
The match's dubious ending clearly sets up a tiebreaker, probably at WrestleMania 32, but does the world really need another Undertaker vs Brock Lesnar match? Neither of their recent encounters have set the world on fire, especially in contrast to some of Taker's other modern 'Mania matches, or Lesnar's dominant PPV performances against Cena and Reigns. The WWE may have even attempted to set up a double-turn, in the manner of Bret Hart and Steve Austin at WrestleMania 13. Lesnar's defiant refusal to tap out made him seem strangely face-like, as did the fact that he was screwed out of a huge victory. Similarly, the fact that Undertaker's submission went undetected - and the low blow he threw as the match restarted - indicate a potential heel turn. But who really wants to see the Undertaker go into his third match with Lesnar as a heel, especially at this late stage of his career? It's too late to expect fans to boo Taker now; he's established far too much of a beloved legacy to simply turn like most superstars on the roster.
