If WWE wanted to get serious about replacing Rey Mysterio, the answer is right in front of their face in upstart promotion Lucha Underground. However, when one takes a look at Lucha Underground's roster, the champion is not a traditional luchador of Mexican heritage. As champion "Prince Puma," African-American cruiserweight Ricochet has a fictional Latin background and is managed by Konnan. If there were a Mexican wrestler that could fill that position of champion in Lucha Underground, Konnan would've found him already. Obviously, there isn't.
