Michelle McCool's last in-ring appearances came in 2018 as part of the first women's Royal Rumble and at the Evolution pay-per-view later that year. Since then, she's concentrated more on raising a family with The Undertaker, and recently popped up in his stunning 'Last Ride' documentary series.

"Popped" being the operative word.

McCool hasn't let her workouts slide post-childbirth. Her stomach is ridiculously ripped, and her arms look so tough and wiry they could break through concrete walls. That's meant as a compliment - 'Taker has one hell of a woman by his side. She's also been able to push him harder during his own gym work.

In 'Last Ride', she can be seen using a lot of yoga techniques and a few CrossFit-style practices to keep her body in shape. At 40, Michelle shows no signs of slowing down or taking things easy when it comes to workouts.
