10 Scott Hall Moments Wrestling Fans Will Never Forget

6. His WCW Debut

"You know who I am, but you don't know why I'm here".

What an intro line that was - Scott's second (and much more newsworthy) stint in WCW kicked off with a bang heard around the grappling globe on 27 May '96. Eric Bischoff's energetic new Nitro show went up a level when Hall, who was clad in denim and defo still working his Razor Ramon mannerisms, interrupted the broadcast.

The former WWF star went on to call himself an outsider who'd change World Championship Wrestling forever. The loudest words ("WWF", "Vince McMahon" and even "Razor Ramon") went unspoken, which was absolute genius. Bischoff ushered in an unofficial "war" between McMahon's company and his group without even mentioning the competition outright.

Hall's debut must be considered one of the best moments from Nitro's topsy turvy history. It made headlines for all the right reasons, and was way, way, way more impactful because it happened without any flashy new entrance music or hype.
