10 Scott Hall Moments Wrestling Fans Will Never Forget

7. MSG’s Curtain Call

Scott Hall worked in some real firsts during his initial federation stay. He did the honours for jobbers (which Waltman's 1-2-3 Kid definitely was originally) and left stuffy old veterans reaching for the headache pills right before leaving the company. Oh yes, the infamous "Curtain Call" ruffled many feathers.

Guys like Jim Cornette f*cking hated it.

Babyfaces Razor Ramon and Shawn Michaels ditched kayfabe alongside heels Diesel and Hunter Hearst Helmsley on 19 May 1996. The quartet embraced following the house show's headliner, and fans inside the hallowed halls of MSG knew they were witnessing something special. Nobody knew just how special until after the fact though!

Hall and buddy Kevin Nash left for WCW, but Shawn and Triple H were sticking around. WWF Champ Michaels couldn't be properly punished, so Trips took the brunt of Vince McMahon's annoyance by losing his scheduled King Of The Ring win and learning to 'like the taste of sh*t'.

What a moment.
