10 Secret Hidden Weaknesses Of Your Favourite Wrestlers

8. Bryan Danielson - WWE

Is Bryan Danielson too utterly sensational at every single aspect of professional wrestling for his own good?

No, of course not, and it speaks to how spoiled we’ve all been over the last few years that such a thought could ever enter your writer’s head or be remotely considered in yours. Never mind being the best of a bad bunch - Bryan is at this point perhaps the most awesome of the most awesome bunch in the history of the industry, and showing no signs of parking a transcendent rediscovery of his purest old habits in All Elite Wrestling.

All unless WWE - a company he actually likes - was to tempt him back into the fold.

Bryan’s work in AEW has been seminal even when he’s not been key to their biggest angles. He’s even fused a little bit of Sports Entertainment delivery into his promos, which is particularly impressive considering that he once cut one holding one of Colt Cabana’s teeth.

He’s an almost impossibly perfect hybrid genius between the ropes, and it’s an ability to deftly dance between the genres that could make him such a valuable pick-up for Triple H the next time contracts are up. It’s the amicable last split, the company’s regular promotion of his wife and Bryan being just about the only living human to have nice things to say about both Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis that makes it even remotely likely.
