Bret Hart vs. Davey Boy Smith at SummerSlam '92 is revered as an all-time classic of the industry. Making this match all the more remarkable, is the revelation that the British Bulldog was completely out of it at Wembley Stadium.

In the subsequent years since this legendary bout, the Hitman has talked at length - including in his My Real Life in the Cartoon World of Wrestling book - about how Davey communicated to him early in the match how he was "f**ked".

As Bret details, Smith had been smoking crack with Jim Neidhart in the weeks prior to SummerSlam '92, and thus the Bulldog was blown up mere minutes into this match. With Davey in a side headlock, that's when he let the Excellence of Execution know that he was gassed.

Quipping back, Hart proclaimed how "I'll carry you", with him them proceeding to give Bulldog constant instructions on what moves to do and what facial expressions to use. If ever there was an example of just how good Bret Hart was, it's in this contest right here, as he walked a wasted rival to one of the best matches in the history of WWE.
