7. Shawn Michaels Wanted To Jump To WCW

Shawn Michaels considered jumping to WCW on a few occasions. He was personally unhappy in the WWF, and his closest friends (Kevin Nash and Scott Hall) were in WCW making great money. It appealed. However, Vince McMahon simply wouldn't sanction the move. HBK was one of his biggest stars and there had already been so many big names going to the other side. Interestingly, WCW even wanted Michaels after he went out injured in 1998. But at that point, he'd have been little use anyway. It would have just been a scalp for the WCW brand to show off. Ultimately, Michaels decided he'd be better off sticking with Vince.
