Title: Divas Championship

Having had a relatively respectful start to its existence, it took about ten minutes for the prestige of the Divas Championship to take a hit.

A strong opening three reigns from Michelle McCool, Maryse and Mickie James gave way to the fourth, and subsequently fifth, reigns in the new title's history.

Jillian Hall was that number four.

The same Jillian Hall whose gimmick consisted of singing terribly to annoy crowds.

Hall won the title in a short match with James after a nasty/semi-botched powerbomb and a little help from her legs up on the ropes, before proceeding to celebrate by... singing terribly.

As that was going on, the Raw guest host for the evening, Nancy O'Dell, came out to announce the show's latest draft acquisition.

It was Melina who appeared, waltzing down to the ring and beating Hall in 23 seconds, less than five minutes after Hall had captured the gold herself.

She would never win another title in the WWE, and her career legacy sits with this unwanted record.
