9. SmackDown Is Already Loaded With Talent

Say what you will about SmackDown Live not being as white-hot as it once was, but there is no denying that the roster remains loaded with talent from top to bottom. Heck, there's so many great wrestlers on the blue brand that there's a handful, including Tye Dillinger and Luke Harper, who are hardly being used!

SmackDown is certainly the "wrestling" show compared to Raw, which is why it's a fitting place for AJ Styles, Shinsuke Nakamura, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, and others to call home. It's also the better brand for Ziggler to be on, and although he's an exceptional athlete, no longer is he the best wrestler on the roster. Far from it, actually.

There was a time several years ago when it was a mystery why Ziggler wasn't on WWE TV more considering he was superior in the ring to a majority of the roster, but that just isn't the case anymore. Therefore, there isn't a need to keep him around.

Ziggler has been persona non grata on SmackDown for weeks and the show hasn't missed a beat. That isn't to say he won't be missed by the fans, but the program won't fall apart without him.
