10 Substitutions That Could Improve WWE Survivor Series 2021 Teams

9. Toni Storm Replaces Aliyah

This shouldn’t be that difficult.

The logic is clearly lost on the powers that be, however, so to reiterate: Toni Storm is a former NXT UK Women’s Champion. She was the winner of the 2018 Mae Young Classic Tournament. She was introduced to the SmackDown roster in July as one of the brand’s ‘hot new prospects’. In the four months since her debut on the blue brand, she’s competed in a grand total of three matches. Three.

Meanwhile, the entirety of Aliyah’s NXT run was tantamount to enhancement talent. She was never in contention for any semblance of a championship, hasn’t been properly introduced to main roster audiences and has yet to have an actual in-ring match on SmackDown television.

Guess who got the nod for the Survivor Series team?

Who’s writing the playbook here, WWE? Tell them to put the crayon down and walk away slowly.
