205 Live isn't exactly dead yet, but it certainly isn't alive and well either. Watching an episode of it feels like walking into a store where everything is 80% off. They won't call it a store closing sale yet, but the signs are being printed for that any day now. And much like when you shop those dying aisles, remember to pick out the best items to save. And Jack Gallagher and Drew Gulak are one helluva package deal.

These two seemed to be a promising pairing when initially put together, but like most teams in WWE it didn’t last long before one had to turn on the other. And Gulak, even though he was the one who was betrayed, ended up going on to be successful by winning the Cruiserweight belt off of Tony Nese. Jack Gallagher meanwhile, hasn’t done a whole lot afterwards which is a shame given his unique look and talent.

Now that 205 Live is likely to be dissolved into the three brands that are televised, them teaming again could kill two birds with one stone. Allowing them to slowly rebuild themselves amongst the main roster would be a great way to allow them to assimilate without being lost in the shuffle.

After all, Jack is the same height as Chad Gable. So a trip to the main roster could leave the two of them fighting over who has to take the awful Shorty G moniker.
