Match: Shawn Michaels vs. Bret Hart (WWF WrestleMania XII)

Why People Hate It: Nobody can deny that HBK and Bret Hart put a lot into their exhausting 60-minute 'Iron Man' at WrestleMania XII. The build was fab, and there was a ton of technical goodness for hardcore fans to revel in come crunch time. Some think it was boring, but others defend it as a colossal cardio achievement.

Everyone agrees on one thing though: Bret and Shawn badly needed at least one or two falls to help spice things up a bit. It became obvious around half an hour in that they were going the distance without any, and that meant the second half was more of a struggle than it needed to be.

This 0-0 score has become a big ol' stick to beat 'Mania XII with.

Michaels' overtime superkick and win remains one of WWE's most iconic moments, but the match is gruelling to watch unless you've got the patience of a saint. Maybe watch it once just to say you have? Defo could've done with a fall or two mind.
