This problem is not unique to Roman Reigns but seems to be one that most WWE babyfaces struggle with: when to be the good guy. The answer is simple; ALL the time. You don't get to be the biggest babyface in the company and at the same time be a bit of a prat. You can't brag and boast one minute and do charity work the next. You need to be the angel of the company, the consummate good guy. This isn't the Attitude Era anymore. Bayley gets that. Whether she is in the ring or taking photos with fans in the street, she is 'good' 24/7. She doesn't cheat, she doesn't brag and she doesn't break the rules. She is a good person who just happens to wrestle for a living. Reigns, on the other hand, too often comes across as smug and arrogant. He has a bit of an edge to him. He is not a good guy all the time. If he wants to be the biggest babyface in the company, he needs to start acting like it.
