10 Things That’d RUIN WWE’s 2024

9. Money In The Bank Winners Fail

Being honest, the briefcase gimmick probably needs a break. However, if WWE wants to keep Money In The Bank's lustre going then they need to be real careful when choosing winners in 2024. There was a period when it looked like Damian Priest might be the latest to fail when cashing in, because he didn't seem to fit into World Title plans.

WWE made the Judgment Day man fit, and kudos to him for showing incredible patience, but anyone concerned about this year's twin ladder bouts has every right to be. Triple H seems to subscribe to Vince McMahon's 'book it then worry about the ins and outs later' school of thinking with MITB.

That won't always end well.

It'd be awful if each Money In The Bank winner spent a few months carrying around each case before realising that WWE didn't have faith in them heading into the final quarter. After all, a lot can change in a short space of time. MITB isn't the guaranteed main event star generator you're told it is.
