10 Things To Expect With Triple H Running WWE Creative

8. 'Undersized' Is Not A Thing

More than anyone else in WWE upper management in recent years, Triple H is the person who has realised that "undersized" isn't really a thing these days.

Sure, there are plentiful stories throughout the Cerebral Assassin's in-ring days where he deemed an opponent too small or that they did not have a suitable physique, but Paul Levesque is one of the few in WWE with any sort of pull who has rightly re-evaluated his stance on what a pro wrestling or sports entertainer should look like.

Famously, Vince McMahon forever gets tight in the pants at seeing a jacked-up 6'6" tanned powerhouse, regardless of said powerhouse could wrestle worth a lick. On the other side of the coin, someone could be the best in-ring worker on the planet, but if they were 'only' 5'9" and 200 lbs, that ability would mean f**k all to Vince. Of course, in keeping in their nodding dog ways, Bruce Prichard and McMahon's inner circle would all obediently stand by the exact same viewpoint as the all-mighty VKM.

Triple H is someone who could clearly see the merits - both in NXT and as future big-time main roster acts - of an Adam Cole, of a Johnny Gargano, of an Adrian Neville; three talents who are in reality no taller than 5'8". In the golden years of NXT, size was not an issue. If you were a good worker who connected with the audience, that was all that was needed for you to be featured more on TV and to progress your way up the card.

That mantra is something we should expect Paul Levesque to stick to when it comes to assessing the lay of the land of the Raw and SmackDown rosters.
