10 Things Triple H Doesn't Get Enough Credit For

It's true that matches against CM Punk, Brock Lesnar and Shane McMahon have been entertaining since (and there will be those who also enjoyed showdowns with Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns), but The Undertaker hasn't had a truly brilliant match since he faced Triple H at WrestleMania XXVIII.

Aided by the star power of Shawn Michaels as Special Guest Referee, this Hell In A Cell encounter was advertised as the 'End Of An Era'. In many ways, it most definitely was.

The longest match on the entire card, the sheer brilliance of Triple H vs. 'Taker came with the pacing; not rushing a single thing, the old-school brawling made for a superb watch, and the drama of Michaels torturing himself over favouring friendship or respect was powerful.

The Undertaker's body has become more noticeably fragile in recent years, but Triple H managed to pull the best from him.

This was 'The Deadman's' last show-stealer at WrestleMania, whether the infamous streak ended or not, and Triple H's role in that success was monumentally overlooked.
