2. Who He Misses The Most From WWE

If Paul had to pick just one person from the WWE system to follow him over to AEW, he'd choose none other than Mark Henry. He "misses being around" Mark so much, and actually thinks Henry could help the promotion out by scouting new talent from outside the industry.

That's something Henry has done extensively for WWE over the past seven or eight years. He's (partly) responsible for the likes of Braun Strowman and Bianca Belair becoming smash hits in the fed, and Wight has long-been impressed by Mark's list of contacts and prospects.

He reckons AEW would benefit from Henry's scouting smarts.

Of course, there's also a selfish reason for wanting Mark to become All Elite. Basically, Wight misses his pal, and he'd love to prop up a few chairs in the AEW locker room and act like a pair of grumpy old bastards. Seriously though, he'd enjoy teaming back up with an old mate outside WWE's walls.
