A lot of people wonder how WWE wrestlers maintain their impressive physiques while on the road. Near-constant touring doesn't exactly make it easy to maintain a healthy diet. Roman explained that, because they work such a gruelling schedule in terms of cardio, the biggest challenge for WWE superstars isn't keeping the fat off - it's maintaining muscle. That means hitting the gym and taking in protein. Lots of protein. Roberts pointed out that so many wrestlers appear to be big fans of fast-food chain Chipotle. Reigns said that although it's hardly the building blocks of a bodybuilder-esque diet, it's convenient, relatively clean, and packed full of protein.
