Finn Bálor's thoroughly enjoyable TakeOver: Blackpool match with Jordan Devlin is included in full here, with Bálor heaping lavish praise on his opponent and the evening as a whole.

A dream match of sorts plucked from the jaws of defeat after Travis Banks was unable to compete in the scheduled encounter, it closed a loop for Devlin after years of batting back lazy and derivative comparisons to the former Universal Champion and fellow Irish star.

Noting how excited he was for the event, he said; “NXT UK are now a generation behind me, but they're so good they're in front of me! I was nervous for Blackpool - it’s very personal. Jordan Devlin is great, and I feel like I wanted to reach down and help him up a little bit".

This spoke to Finn's character as much as the match spoke to his immense talent and Devlin's constant improvement.
