10 Things WWE Are Getting Dead Wrong At The Moment

When you put together the state of the women's division with the way a lot of Superstars are being booked, you get Asuka. The Raw Women's Champion has had the most stop-start career for a three-time (main roster) world champion besides Bray Wyatt. The fact that she is one of the best wrestlers on the planet makes this fact even more exasperating.

Asuka doesn't need another 900+ day undefeated streak (though that wouldn't be the worst idea). What she does need is a dominant title reign against opponents that are, in kayfabe, on her level. Sadly, due to the problems previously mentioned, not a lot of women can claim to be ready for Asuka right now.

With Becky and Charlotte absent, Bayley and Banks embroiled in their own rivalry (on another brand), and the forces that are Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax busy with the tag titles, Asuka is being left to make people like Zelina Vega and Natalya look like viable challengers with little to no help or build. The truth is, nobody will be ready for the queen of the empty-arena era unless WWE pull their finger out and prepare some serious contenders.
