3. Their Women's Division Is Stalling

Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair are off WWE screens right now for reasons outside of the company's control. However, this has created a monstrous vacuum in the women's division and exposed the lack of depth as a result of failure to build new talent up. See entry 7.
Bayley and Sasha Banks are currently flying the flag for the female Superstars right now, and they're doing a phenomenal job, too. Behind their terrific storyline, what remains? The tag team titles might as well not exist, feuds are being started between random people for no apparent reason, and one of the best wrestlers in the world is being used horribly, despite being champion. Until WWE can pad out the women's roster with as many credible contenders as the men, it wouldn't be the worst idea to allow everyone to float between brands, but what really needs to happen is the introduction of a secondary title. Establish the likes of Bianca Belair, Mercedes Martinez, and the Riott Squad as legitimate threats to Asuka, Lynch, Flair and co. by having them hold championship gold.
